Objectives
The aims and objectives of Glorious Women Empowerment are to:
- establish and run Creche Centres for children and Old age homes to promote welfare of senior citizens, elderly people, Children’s Orphanage for Orphan and street children;
- create awareness & implement NGO projects on Medical Health, Adult education, primary education, vocational skills;
- achieve literacy and to work for promotion of education among children and women;
- empower & organize the differentially able persons with tri-cycles, vocational skills trainings to enable them to lead dignified life;
- organize & conduct sensitization camps on sanitation, personal hygiene, health, education, female feoticide;
- create sensitization camps on HIV/ AIDS and other diseases for women, school students, truck drivers & to work for preventive measures including promote blood donations in colleges and corporate;
- seek donations from corporate social responsibility, National and International organizations for social service activities and to organize workshops/ programs in tribal areas for women and youth;
- carryout and implement programs for the integrated development of the society through various projects in the fields of education, health, agriculture, livelihoods;
- make the rural destitute women self-reliant by organizing promotion of SHGs-Self Help Groups for their income generating activities;
- establish care and support for Orphans & Old age people;
- work towards elimination of practice of child labour in shops & establishments and to take appropriate steps for child labour rehabilitation;
- implement & coordinate various ngo projects relating to welfare of people belonging to Dalis including SCs, STs and OBCs, Minority groups;
- implement & coordinate various activities aimed towards development & maintenance of environment protection, plantation of medicinal plants and all other NGO projects for dealing bio-diversity conservation, climate change;
- work towards maintaining communal harmony;
- run skills training centre in remote rural areas of Kurnool District, to uplift the educational & economic standards of the deprived sections of society, and to eliminate their prevailing child marriage, illiteracy, dowry system;
- work for the development of sustainable agriculture and ecology in rural areas;
- carry out child development projects for the children of working women and to provide opportunities to access nutrition and education;
- implement various voluntary organization projects for the development of rural livelihoods and to provide market linkages;
- work for the flood relief activities during disasters and natural calamities;
- awake & empower women, children and other vulnerable sections;
- promote child rights, women rights and human rights;
